Inside, the well-stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals or entertaining and includes both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker to suit your morning coffee routine.  The dining area, with seating for 6-8, opens to a spacious and inviting living area with a large sectional sofa and a 65-inch flatscreen TV - perfect for gathering after a day at the beach, movie nights, or catching the game. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a private full bathroom, creating a relaxing and restful retreat. The additional bedrooms consist of one queen room and one twin room, which share a full bathroom - perfect for families or small groups. A washer and dryer are also available for added convenience during your stay. 
 
The relaxing screened-in porch is where you can enjoy your morning coffee, dine al fresco at the table for six, unwind in one of two rocking chairs, or enjoy the coastal breeze from the porch swing overlooking the golf course and lagoon. The open deck includes additional seating and a gas grill for outdoor cooking and entertaining. Guests can enjoy the outdoor ping pong table to add a playful touch to your stay. It’s the most peaceful place to unwind. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or spend time with loved ones, this Seabrook Island cottage offers the perfect coastal getaway.

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases.  Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.

Amenity access provides the use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.

Additional fees apply for the following: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants.

Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available for purchase for the fitness center.

Beach Access: 10-minute walk or bike ride to Boardwalk #9.

Pet Policy: TWO (2) well-behaved dogs, with a maximum weight of 45 lbs., is permitted. An additional pet fee of $250 per pet applies per week.
